Engineered Precision Machinery (EPM) has made significant strides in enhancing the EV charging infrastructure, thanks to the vision and enthusiasm of owner Jamie, an avid EV supporter. Recognizing the strategic location of EPM, situated near the junction of Abernerthy Roe Hwy, Tonkin Hwy, and Perth Airport, Jamie decided to establish a public EV charger to cater to the growing demand for electric vehicle charging in the area. Leveraging our extensive experience, we conducted a thorough evaluation to determine the optimal EV charging solution for EPM. Similar to our projects with other clients, we began with a detailed site visit to understand EPM’s specific requirements, site conditions, power availability, and billing needs. This comprehensive approach ensured that the installed charger, equipped with two ports and capable of delivering up to 80kW, not only met the current demand but also positioned EPM as a key player in the region’s EV charging network. Since its installation on the Chargefox network, the charger has rapidly gained popularity, becoming one of the most frequented charging stations in the vicinity. It has proven to be a valuable asset, delivering impressive returns and reinforcing EPM’s commitment to supporting sustainable transportation solutions.
