Stevlec Electrical, a forward-thinking business with plans to introduce electric vans into their fleet, approached us with a unique challenge. They sought to not only electrify their own vehicles but also contribute to the growing demand for public electric vehicle (EV) charging stations in the Perth area. Their vision was clear: to invest in EV infrastructure while reaping the benefits of public usage. Our journey with Stevlec Electrical commenced with a comprehensive site visit, during which we meticulously evaluated the EV charging requirements, surveyed site conditions, and assessed power availability. This initial groundwork allowed us to craft a tailored and optimal EV charger solution perfectly suited to their needs. In addition to this, we played a crucial role in assisting Stevlec with the ChargeUp grant application, ensuring they could access the necessary funding to turn their vision into a reality. Collaborating seamlessly with our trusted installation partner, Vantage West, we executed a flawless electrical installation, setting the stage for the final phase of our project. The last step involved the commissioning and training for the charger monitoring and operation software, which was seamlessly integrated into Chargefox, Australia’s largest EV charger network provider. This integration ensured that Stevlec’s newly installed public charging station seamlessly joined the network, providing convenient access to EV charging for residents and travelers alike.
